chore: 初始化项目结构和配置

- 添加 .gitignore 文件，配置版本控制忽略项
- 创建 Maven 项目配置文件 pom.xml- 添加 IntelliJ IDEA 项目配置文件
- 创建项目主类 LimboBackSpawn
